When the products produced by qualified raw materials, the strips cut by the welder should be bright in color, and not easy to break with repeated folding or strong toughness. 3.The welding mouth
A qualified weld shall have a smooth symmetrical flanging along the entire circumference of the pipe, and the minimum depth of the flange shall not be lower than the surface. The amount of any misalignment on either side of the weld adjacent to the outer circumference of the flange shall not exceed 10% of the wall thickness of the pipe. The flanging should be solid and smooth with a wide root. There should be no impurities, holes, distortion and damage on the underside of the flange.

The elongation at break refers to the ratio of the length of the sample to the original length at the time of breaking. The elongation at break is high, indicating that the product is more flexible and the performance is better.
7.The oxidation induction time
The oxidation induction time is a time for determining the start of the autocatalytic oxidation reaction of the sample under high temperature oxygen conditions. It is an index for evaluating the heat-resistant degradation ability of the material during molding, storage, welding and use. The longer the oxidation induction time, the better the aging resistance of the product and the better the performance.
